All shipping is through Fed Ex.  Reptiles will be shipped overnight, one day delivery. Charges for shipping can run from $35 up to $90 within the continental US.

Average costs run $40 for overnight shipping.

Chameleons will not be shipped during very hot or cold weather conditions. Under 40 and over 80 degrees.

Guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy.  All chameleons have been wormed and acclimated.

We do not accept  personal checks. All shipments must be payed before shipment. Paypal accepted.

All reptiles will be shipped overnight with a heat source inside container.

Return policy
Never throw animal away. Sometimes there body temp is just low. Give them time to warm up (Slowly). Do not try to heat them. Notification of death or dissatisfaction must be made within 24 hours of arrival for any problem. Photos will be necessary for rebate. In most cases, you will only receive a rebate for a replacement animal. There's no money back guarantees. Sorry
